FRANKFURT (MarketWatch) -- Germany's Infineon Technologies said Wednesday it swung to a fiscal third-quarter net profit of 126 million euros ($164 million) from a loss of 24 million euros in the same period a year ago, as it also raised its full-year forecasts.
