Open Question: Do I need a transit visa at Frankfurt or London or Turkey?

Hi, I have a Indian Passport. I am planning to go to India very soon. At that time, the USA visa stamped on my passport will be in expired status. I have a new I-797 petition valid for next 2 years so I will get a new Visa stamped at India and come back to USA. My question is that If I travel back to India with a expired USA Visa on my Indian Passport and travel with one stop flight via Frankfurt or Turkey or Brussels or London, The flight connecting time may be 2 - 3 hours. do I need a transit visa for any of these countries though I am going back to home country India?...
